I did it. 3 CARDIO SESSIONS TODAY.

Ran 5.4 miles this morning at 0600. HIIT with 1 mile warm up and 400 x 4 sprints at about 10:30 am. At 1:30 pm, I did another HIIT with 1 mile warm up and 1.5 mile interval sprint/jog for every 100 meters for first mile, then sprint/walk for every 100 meter for 1/2 mile. I don't think I'll do this again. THIS DAY WAS FOR MY INABILITY TO CONTROL MY FOOD INTAKE YESTERDAY.
