Get the moong beans.. soak it for a little time and then get it to a separate bowl and let it germinate. Once it sprouts, boil it. You may add a pinch of salt and turmeric powder.

thanks for sharing, what are you eating for dinner. I end up eating alot, how could i eat healthy and stop craving

Anything and everything you are planning to do, be determined. Set a goal, and once you start, don't stop in between, be determined, and be dedicated. I assure you, you will reach your goal.😊 Usually for dinner,I take vegetable salads.
