joined a running club 2 weeks ago, ran 2 and a half miles in 35 mins today. fought my way out of bed so feeling v. proud of myself. walked 4miles to the club and back so extra cool down time. it's a good idea to ditch the running machine and go so a run somewhere thats green, it calms you down and is less boing :)
