I messed up my "fast day" yesterday. A friend ended up taking me to lunch. I tried to guesstimate the calories for the day, but I'm not at all confident that I stayed around 500 calories. I'm flying to NYC today so I'm going to do the "fast" day today. Not sure I will have a scale at my hotel but will try to stay on track while I'm away.
