Late weigh in because I was on vacation. Almost everyone gains on a vacation but I’m not making excuses but I do hope it’s water weight. Yesterday before my flight, I tried finishing ALL the leftover beverages cause I tend to have the inability to let something go to waste, reached a point of extreme uncomfortability but I drank what I could. Legs also swelled because of the travel. Only 8 kg away from were I started 10 or more years ago....THIS IS BAD. Good luck to you. 🍀
