Not much of a day, got to sleep in a bit which was great! Went to Five Guys for lunch. I know, not the best, but it was good and I didn't even feel like it was bad. I also bought the Atkins book today too, so now I can figure out if this is the best diet for me and my needs. I think it is, but we'll see for sure soon.
