I found out that part of the reason my weight seems to be fluctuating so wildly is that my scale's battery was dying. Now it is completely dead. So, I'm going to have to replace it before I can weigh in again...
EDIT: As a result, I'm going back and clearing out my weight entries from the time they started going weird. That way, I'll have a better idea of what's going on when I get it fixed.
