Today was a success. I was able to avoid soda for the third day in a row. I avoided the temptation to finish off the pizza. I stopped at one slice. I got most of the things I wanted to do done and my husband is already feeling better. I even got a long walk in with my daughter. It is so much harder pushing a stroller uphill.
