Day 5 and sleeping more, and more soundly, since beginning to exercise again. I am feeling reinvigorated and concentrating better when working at my desk.
Today's burst training was two 30 second sets of each exercise with a 30 second rest between sets of triceps dips, shin slaps, plank ups, lateral jumps (9-1/2" box), wrist curls and reverse wrist curls (10 lb dumbbell).
Heart rate: pre-workout 55; post-workout 95.
