OK I changed my RDI to 1500 because it was previously at 1200 and I was only happy if I was UNDER my RDI and I know that wasn't healthy... I just didn't like seeing the calorie intake in red because it made me feel like I was doing something wrong or nt being "good" enough and I realize eating less than 1200 isn't good for me! So I want to make my RDI 1500, so when I eat 1200-1400 I am not in the red because I am very weirdly sensitive to things like that. So hoorah to my new RDI :D

yeah, no worries, 1500 calories is still very low. I think you're doing fine! ;) Great job on your weight loss and props for spotting a problem and solving it right away before it sabotages you later. Awesome!

aw thanks :D your name should be HappyHealthySmartSexySWEET :). I read a lot tday about not depriving your body and I know in the long run it won't work to eat so little and obviously I prefer to eat more, I got to get the hang of eating a reasonable amount throughout the day because I usually at a lot after 6pm to try to make my caloric alottment :D <3
