Day 4 and feeling a good difference already. Even though I didn't really exercise for three months, I still had enough base to work with so I am feeling positive results from these few days.
Today's burst training was two 30 second sets of each exercise with a 30 second rest between sets of cross mountain climbers, ins & outs, high box jumps (23"), inverted row, punch ups and shoulder presses (30 lb dumbbells).
Heart rate: pre-workout 53; post-workout 91.
