2 days in a row with the exercise. Getting back into the good habit. Not liking the thinking of doing it, but glad to have done it. Today's burst training was two 30 second sets of each exercise with a 30 second rest between sets of burpees, good mornings, russian twists (20 lb dumbbells), triceps press (20 lb dumbbells), squats (40 lb dumbbells) and triceps extensions (40 lb dumbbell). Heart rate: pre-workout 75; post-workout 144. See those and more under exercise at John's Mind.

Great workout, I like, but what is a 'good morning' ?

Thanks, and a 'good morning' is basically a hamstring exercise. Scroll down to my Exercises List, on my site, John's Mind, http://www.johnsmind.com. Each exercise has a link to a video where a professional trainer, doctor or physical therapist demonstrates the exercise in proper form. Mix and match for full body workouts or isolate muscle groups each day of the week. The key is to mix it up and not to do the exact same thing each week.
