Talked to my doctor yesterday and he said that I was at a healthy weight for my height. I can’t believe how much this app helped me!

Absolutely! And now that I’m down I find that my exercise (swimming laps) is starting to help sculpt-it sure is nice to start seeing some results. 🙂
