Continuing my work week slide. At 159.5, I'm a pound lower than last Wednesday. While the yo-yoing takes a bit getting used to, I suppose the important thing is the overall trend downwards. Clothes are feeling looser so I'm making progress, no matter what the scale is doing. Today is another "fast" day for me.
