Yesterday wasn't too bad. I got a lot done for work and play. I weighed heavy today, blaming woman problems. Always weigh 5-10 lbs heavy during this week. I just keep exercising and drinking water. My mantra this week has been stay positive, stay positive, deep breath, stay positive.
