Yesterday did not go as planned! I had the most terrible upper abdominal cramps. So I did what I could do. Got about 90% of my to do list done. Not great but the two things that did not complete required me to travel and there was no way.
Today I may attempt another low cal day, but not quite sure yet. Just trying to shake things up the best that I can.
That's it and all for me!

Cramps suck specially considering I do not have a monthly. Yeah I'm smiling because my brother makes me laugh! He's such a shithead!! :D
