Now that's a bit better. I was constipated last week, which doesn't help.

Hi Jocko,
Just a quick note on staying regular when on a low carb or a keto diet. Aldi sells a product called, "Brooklea Yogurt Drink". It's very tasty in strawberry or multi-fruit flavors and contains a Probiotic - L. Casei Culture. At only 65 calories per bottle, it's not going to sabotage your diet. If you're wondering what that is. It is a culture of bacteria that is impervious to stomach acids and makes it through to your large colon, where it makes sure your villi is well-populated with friending digestive bacteria. I have one a day and have never been so regular. It's also available under the market-leading brand name of Yakult but costing three times the price. Give it a try.
