It’s difficult to maintain because everything delicious has carbs and to never experience another apple cake with ice cream would not appeal to me - but to lose weight fast the only way is to cut carbs

If you cant cut carbs (like me cause they're delicious and filling) try and stick to complex carbs (oats, seeds, lentils, brown bread, brown rice, etc). complex carbs are rich of vitamins and make you fell full for longer, which means you dont eat as much which means you dont get fat along as you remain in your calorie deficit.

my partner is no carbs for "shredding season" **eyeroll** and I just can't. pasta is life. SO my compromise is no carbs at weekends when do the least. a piled up roast of veggies or a steak paired with a load of green beans and broccoli and you'll barely notice. it's a couple of days and where you're not denying yourself all the time easier to stick to xx

lol I know, I usually eat those carbs during the weekends 😂 I've had brown rice/brown bread before but the doctor had advised me to stay away from that as I'm getting close to getting diabetes..blood count was 42 in the test results.

Broccoli is incredibly filling and low carb 👍🏻 sometimes I mix eggs with grilled chicken breast for a protein packed breakfast that keeps you full for hours.
