Well, got myself down to where I wanted to be before I begin Phase 3. Wasn't able to use the bathroom before weighing in, so today I am a # higher than yesterday. It'll be a bit demoralizing for the next 2 days to eat regularly (Fat Days) until Friday, when I begin Phase 3. I'll be eating Mexican food tonight with a margarita, so I'll probably see my weight spike back up: Ouch! However, as of Friday, I will begin my diet again, so I should see progress again.
