Is there anyone out there who is vegetarian? I feel so alone trying to lose the weight by keeping the carbs down. My diet is so boring, I would love to know how to make it a bit more appetizing. Any ideas?

Does that mean you’re not eating meat at all? And dairy? Or you’re only eating white meat (chicken and fish)? I ask because vegetarian means different things to different people

Try a Pinterest search for low carb vegetarian meals/recipes.

Cooper.christine, since you eat eggs and fish. Your diet is pescatarian. You are in a class of your own. You have a very healthy diet. I would eat that way but I love chicken 😊

hallo!* im also following a pescatarian diet🤩 still quite new at it (2months-ish) but finding that there is actually more variety in my diet cause I have to plan more🤣 i use pinterest a LOT of ideas, usually i would decide on a specific type of meal i feel like and search that (eg vegetarian mexican stew, coconut curry, or meals under 10min) im happy to share more of my meals on a regular basis🥰

Thanks everyone. Marike, hang in there. As Pascoal Said, it is a very healthy diet to follow. I’ve been pescatarian for 3 years now and my health improved big time. Even my hair color changed from darker to lighter when I was growing up. Please share your eats and treats recipes. I will also go and check out the web as you suggested. Thanks for your support!

I'm the same, new to it☺ I eat fish and a bit of chicken, but giving up red meat. I have no idea how to make my food interesting either. But going to figure it out!

planning meals around a specific veggie helps a lot to keep in interesting as you have many different vegetables to choose from to make the star in your dish* actually found that my starch intake dropped as Im so full after all the fiber in the vegetables and legumes/beans
