Well it's the long weekend. Wonder how many people are fighting the urge to devour those poor innocent chocolate bunnies?? I know I am not one of them as chocolate is a no no for me! Which is a good thing but damn I miss those days of popping a lactait pill and going to town on them! Lol Yes my lightened mood continues, I am on week two of my new meds and I believe a combination of them, my vitamins, conscious eating have all contributed to it. Yesterday I had an excellent counselling appointment, and of course the blood work. Should be interesting to see how that turns out. After the appointments I went and did some errands! Got myself a new water bottle! Yeah! Then spent the afternoon laughing with a good friend of mine. If only he knew how long I have had a crush on him! But that's besides the point! After I left his place it was downtown and went to the bulk barrel and much to my ultimate surprise I did not but any junk/munchie food. :). Major accomplishment! Today the sun is shining, the temperature is rising, and I am lacing up my walking shoes, throwing on some tunes and going out for a nice long walk! Where?? Anywhere I chose to go! Just walk!! Three cheers for being blessed with beautiful weather!!!
