Hello to you from me!! Apparently things with my journal have been all straightened out. Which is a good thing. Today I have a counselling appointment, and have to go for blood work! The old needle jab is thanks to my new meds, these lovely little things pack a punch to the liver. On the upside of things I've re-started my vitamins, and watching what I eat. Plus yesterday I bought some crystal light. That should help with the water intake as I find them really strong and I delute the heck out of them. I also found a new fav too "Luna" protein bars! OMG they are so good, one of them and a pc of fruit and I am ready to rock and roll. So yes dear universe I am slowly feeling better! I won a dark battle, but in reality have not won the war. However every small victory counts no matter what anyone is trying to achieve. That's it and all for me!!!
