OK, so today is supposed to be the start of my Atkins...but I already have had too many carbs. But I figure that I'll just limit the intake for the rest of the day.

More water, more exercise, and sleep. That's what I need right now.

I'm not going to let on slip up get me down. It's going to be fine!

It is going to be fine!!! Today was my day "one" also, and so far I think I have been doing fairly well. Stay encouraged!!

Thanks so much for the words of encouragement. JoJo, we are also doing the walk/run challenge together as well. Keep me posted on your progress on that one. I'm going out as soon as the rain stops.
