These weight variations are so confusing, I'm tracking my calories as accurately as I can :/
98.2 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 30.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Use a weight tracker that shows a trending weight. As long as it's going down, you're good. I use libra - weight manager. You can go back and put in all your weights also.

Don't let the day-to-day variations throw you as long as the trend continues to be downward. Stick with what you know, have patience, and it will happen. 💛💚💜
