Ok - so we got back from a 12 day vacation, and I lasted about 2 days writing down my food. I knew I wasn't going to totally stick to the diet - I just didn't want to have to worry about what I was eating EVERY time I ate, especially if there weren't good choices available on the road, but I was going to TRY to at least be conscious of what I was eating and write it out. FAILED! I didn't go totally crazy, but it was vacation. I gained less than 5 lbs, which is what I expected. I'm not putting myself down for gaining, I take full responsibility for what I ate. So now I'm back on track. I noticed I was SOOO tired from eating the stuff I was eating and I'm actually glad we're home and I can eat good food!
