Gym sederhana yg dirumah aja.. Wkwkwkwkwk Buat stabilkan masa otot koq mba.. Dan mencukupi kebutuhan protein harian,,

My protein hitungannya murah loh mba.. Cb aja cek dibanding whey protein yg lain.. Aq aja kmarin beli yg size 1kg nya.. Karna kebanyakan besar2 smua Cb deh kalo gtu kasih tau yg lebih murah dr my protein..
