A new start.
Usually I am very motivated for a new beginning.
Suffering from depression worse than usual. I'll start anyway in hopes of feeling better tomorrow.
This time the weight loss won't be by main concern - but mental health this time. Unfortunately that means no alcohol. I am only 3 lbs away from my goal weight - but if I reach it I will adjust it. However it shouldn't be easy considering the weight I plan to gain in muscle.
I will go workout today - I know that will help - even though its the very last thing I want to do...
