So my new scales showed 100.6 this morning. I was so excited I am nearly under 100 kgs on the new scales. (I was 99kgs on my old scales but I have decided the new ones are more accurate). So I am desperately hoping to be in the double figures tomorrow morning when I weigh myself.
My absolute goal weight is 70 but I would absolutely love if I could be 68 kgs. I have never weighed under 70 before.
Goal #1 : Under 100kgs on new scales (hopefully by Sunday) Goal #2 : To be 97.5 middle of November Goal #3 : To be 95 by end of November Goal #4 : To be 92.5 by mid December and; Goal #5 : To be 90 kgs by End of December.
I don't know what has hit me, but I have new found motivation. I am sticking to a LCHF diet with 16 hours inbetween dinner and breakfast/Lunch. I will see how far I can go!

ok so due to my work... I ate a bit more than I should have and am hovering around the 101 kg mark at the moment. I might have to be a bit more realistic and perhaps hope to be under 100 kgs by the end of November? I have 2 x Los Angeles trips coming up in the next 2 weeks, but I have a gym at the hotel that I am going to be using!

No worries, keep it up... I read somewhere that the body needs to burn 7777 calories to burn a kg of fat. Perhaps eating less cals and burning more than usual might help. I hope this helps, even if just a bit... Good luck!!
