1. 저녁 7시 이후 금식
2. 물 2리터 마시기
3. 먹고 싶은 음식을 먹되 양 줄이기
4. 홈트 1시간(유산소)
56.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
