Had a late St Patty's Day meal last nite. Tried a new corned beef and cabbage recipe with Irish soda bread. Was well received by the family. They weren't too keen on the turnips, but they liked the herbed carrots, parsnips and new potatoes. I've been hovering around 160 since March 10. Hope to get well below 159 in the next few days.
