Arizona Baker's Journal, 12 Aug 10

I took a 2.5 mile walk this morning and as long as I have been excersing you would think I would know better than to go out of the house without water expecially living in Az. By the time I got back home I thought it was going to be the end of me. NEVER walk with water!!!
