goooooood morning everyone!!!!...day 400...gonna be another hot one today...72 outside right now with heat index its like 77 already...looks like it might of rained before i got up...gonna go for a walk in a bit...if its not rainin...if it is...then will go to the gym earlyer...was another busy day yesterday... and today will be just like it...busy again...the guy that helpd me lay a ton of rock is suppose to come by friday evening to let me kno if he can help lay another ton and a half of rock again on saturday...suppose to be in the 90's with heat index around 100...so gonna be a day we work off lots of calories that day...and thats fine with me...i no longer look at the chores as jobs, its just another way of burnin off the calories...and gettin some great exercise in...odd how i look at it now, compared to how i use to look at it as being a job an hated to do it...lol...i tried on all the pants i got yesterday, i got 3 pairs of 42s, and one pair of 40s....im guessing in about a 1 1/2 months to be able to zip an button the 42s...i can get them on but not zipped up...and hopefully a couple of months after that into the 40s...its really exciting to kno im gettin down in size compared to having started in 52s...but since i got rid of my stack of jeans yesterday, theres no lookin bck at where i was...now its lookin into the future an where i will be in time to come...what i wanted a year ago is now becoming a reality for me...and sometimes its hard to believe how fast the time has flown by to get this far...and how much ive changed in that amount of time...but its all been worth all the hard work and the sweat...cant wait to get another 70 off and see what size im in by then...well...i need to get up an moving...hope you all have a great hump day!!!!!...
addon....just got home from gym workout...half hour on bike, hill program 6 resistance...then half hour on treadmill, hill program, 12 resistance...no walk today was rainin outside...not sure what else im going to do yet..but im sure i will find something to keep the burn going...
