So, in an effort to eat better and healthier, I bought a couple bags of frozen fruit to make my own fruit smoothies - nothing added to them except water/ice; a real fruit smoothie! While I was buying the frozen fruits at Target, they had their market pantry brand fruit smoothie packets for less than $2 on sale. I jumped on that, after liking the looks of the carbs & calories on the back. ;) I tried a serving of the pineapple mango coconut one today for lunch, and let me just tell you how much I liked it! I will definitely be buying them again - after I finish off all the other frozen fruits & smoothies I bought. I was happy to replace a lunch with it, though I did eat half a bagel with it. Not to bad, not to bad! :)

After a long, tiring day at work, I was so excited to head to the gym tonight! I didn't do as many different exercises, and I need to actually start focusing on certain parts of my body each time... I did a little bit of both upper and lower body today though, with an excess amount on the abdominal machine. I'm a little addicted to that one. We spent a good 2-2.5 hours just working out! It was so needed!

Here's what I did today-

Treadmill @ 45 min, moderate speed
Leg extension 20@50lbs, 20@40lbs
Leg press 12@90lbs, 12@110lbs
Chest press 20@30lbs, 15@40lbs
Abdominal 20@50,20@60,20@70,20@50,20@60,15@70
Row 20@40lbs, 20@60lbs
Bicycle 20minutes, moderate speed

We're headed back bright and early in the morning before work!
I still need to measure and weigh myself again. I will probably do it this weekend! I can't wait to see and feel the differences in my body!
