yay i walked 2 miles today but went easy on my food today but no fruit wich i will have in a little while i am so proud tommorow i also plan on going for another 2-4 miles walk again i am going to burn off these calories so i wont gain a whole lot of weight if any so that is the plan i am home for another 9 days so i plan on walking 4-5 more times before not this saturday but next saturday i will be home and back on schedule again so that will be good. i love and miss all of you love shelly.

Shelly, Honey, did you say that you are keeping your carb count below 100 a day? That is waaaaayyyyy to high if you are still on Atkins! Just enjoy yourself and deal with this diet when you return home. I am so proud of you for your exercising, I can't seem to get my behind up to do anything! When you get home you will be back on track. Don't worry we will help you get there. Take care and keep in touch!

Where do u get the 100 carb count from? I don't see anything in her journal that says that lol i read it 4 times looking for it...but yes that is W A Y too high!
