Thank you! Almost at the halfway point. Currently at about 24% body fat, down from 33% at my max. My wife is super stoked!

I bet your wife is so proud of you. My hubby lost about 35 pounds and now we are both about the same as when we got married 26 years ago. He worked for 4 years while I saw... and felt rotten. Finally, I got my rear in gear and caught up this year. We are so thrilled to be fit now, and the shared accomplishment has drawn us even closer together. Good work!!
