Yikes! Went quite a bit over my calories today. It's a little after 6pm, so I'm done eating for the night, and I'm still going to get to the gym, so I'm not going to beat myself up to bad....I see I really need to watch the mindless snacking.

Good for you for realizing you were mindlessly snacking! I hope you had nice workout at the gym. I've been going over my RDI as well and my weight is starting to creep up again... Everything just taste so good to me! But I have to remind myself, "don't give up what you want most, for what you want now". I want a toned healthy body! :)

My screen saver on my phone reminds me every day that "Nothing tastes as good as fit feels". It has helped keep me in line a lot!

My phone isn't high-tech enough to have a screensaver, but that is a great idea!
