well hello all i went way over my carbs today waaaaa and no excercise but tommorow morning i am getting up and walking weather i like it or not i have to burn off these bad icky calories i am litterly giving my self the boot out the door i am a bad example here i tell you what at least i confess my naughtyness thats what support is all about love you lotts love to all shelly.

Well, if you are still visiting family ... that explains why you are going over your carbs. How long in between visits anyway? Just don't stress too much and you will burn them off. Exercise more/ Eat less, yada yada yada.... lol.

Girl, have a good time and worry about ths diet when you get back! Watch your intake, but don't worry or you will ruin your vacation. How long are you there for? I wish I could take a vacation. I thinks it's been three years since I've actually gone anywhere and stayed for a few days. Sad but True. Continue to enjoy yourself to the fullest!
