Took the summer off to complete some relatively heavy work on my home. No Gym but kept to the low carb / Keto plan I follow. Still up 5 pounds and could feel the lack of targeted exercise in my abs and chest despite doing lots of heavy lifting etc. BAck in the gym again and feels good. Dropping my protein intake by 20% as well and will relax a bit and increase good veggie carbs.
