Yes thanks Vera, I have a couple of stalwart friwnds who stand by me through thick and thin. This has been going on for years and I thought I was ok, but the trauma still lives on. Thanks fornyour kind words and aupoort. I have got back on track today and hopefully the IB will reflect that soon.

Hey thanks folks, I appreciate the support.
While on the outside I feel calm - mostly - it has all shaken back the old trauma. I think today was the last self harm day. I had a Roses caramel chocolate AND a liquorice toffee! Still, in the general scheme of things that isn't really all that bad, as long as I stop now. Thing is, I don't even *like* that crap!! That is why it is conscious self harm. Most odd.
To orrow is a new day, it will all ne fine.
