I weigh in tomorrow morning- I am going to switch them from now on to Saturday morning so I can not be so tight on Saturdays because that is when I typically eat the most because I am with my boyfriend and we usually get sandwiches somewhere or have some drinks, and if I weigh myself Sunday I will be stressed out! But now I will have a full week to compensate and get the weight of the food out, because I don't think it causes me to gain permanent weight, it just would cause water weight for Sunday weigh ins. ;)
