Doing Grey Sheeters Anonymous and though I am not absolutely abstinent, I am doing well. I started this on 8/3/19 weighing 237. My husband is on his first ever diet and he is doing really well, too. I feel so much better and am not having to give myself insulin because my numbers are really in range.
