Struggling with this 72kg... been months now. It seems even the littlest of carb affects my weight still. I exercise really hard, that is 5 to 6 days of gym. 3-4 days of 30min cardio i.e. steps or 4.3 km run on treadmill. Then I do a 25 to 30min resistance exercise. Perhaps my struggle is at night... I sometimes eat too late... that is 8pm supper. I have not measured in a while... afraid to see no change or worst nightmare increase in size... my clothes still seem to fit nicely, though I sometimes feel like there is areas that do not seem to change when I look into the mirror...? Feeling a bit lowish today...😏
