Alhamdulillah udah 5minggu dari mulai defisit kalori (1 minggu gak defcal pas di Jepang), tapi balik dr Sana start lagi..
Bb udah turun 2,5kg...
Semangaaattt.... masih terus berusaha untuk konsisten...

hi kak bagi tips dongs.. misal target kalori 1300 itu wajib kita penuhi atau dibawah itu kalo mau turun BB? tq

aqu sichh selalu menuhin target kalori harian... n gak lebih... plus olahrga HIIT cardio minimal 3x per week...
