Good day all! Just got back from great Cowpunchers Rodeo Weekend! It rained most of the time and we were all a muddy mess, my kids did well in their events and my Gymkhana went off without a hitch! I did not record foods or exercise and I know that I went way over on carbs, but not calories and exercise and cardio were way up! I did NOT gain or lose! SO I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THAT! have a great day all!
