When I first started on FS, I was anxious to lose the weight quickly. I’ve learned that you’re more likely to succeed with slow changes over time. Anyways, I’m feeling to good today😊
115.4 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 45.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
