I think I am back to my weight from 2 or 3 weeks ago. It seems to be a normal fluctuation (might be period-related), because I did not eat in a significantly different way this week, and I still snacked. Maybe I was more mindful of my snacking.
I made a small pizza crust (maybe 6") with a chaffle recipe (1 egg, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, 2 tbsp almond flour, a pinch of baking powder) directly on a pan last night. Despite eating my pizza with a fork and a knife, I still ended up "burning" my palate even though my pizza was not too hot. It is a bit annoying because for the next 5-7 days, my palate will be sensitive and this part of my mouth will bleed when I brush my teeth. It was that way yesterday when I brushed my teeth before going to bed.
Nice weekend coming up, but not so much for Monday (rain forecast coming up), which is a holiday. That's OK because this still means a 3-day weekend for me!
