Low carb works for me. I am not keto, I like my wine too much and the occasional dining out treat. My carbs average between 30 and 50g per day and I am watching calories too, trying to keep them under 1500. It took me a long time to add all this weight and I want my body (and skin) and my mind-set adjusting as I go slowly. Happy with myself today, 84.9kg is my lowest weight since September last year. I have lost 5.5kg since May this year. :)
