Anyone that works nights have any tips how you eat?
Last week my 3 week night shift 6 days per week , 12 h started. And I been struggling. When I’m working days I have no problems. But working on nights I have cravings for junk food all the time. I been thinking about pizza since Saturday.lol.

I think one of the most effective ways is meal prep. Cook 3 or 4 days worth of meals in one go, put some fruit aside etc to go with. Then you know exactly what your meals are going to be in advance, no exceptions. Also make sure you decide on what times your going to be eating. Working nights messes with your body clock so planning meal times that fit into your schedule is important. Caffeine also suppresses appetite somewhat.
