Ok, so lost 1 of the 2 lbs I gained...just can't find the balance yet. This is driving me nuts! I did have the 20 net carbs yesterday so I am thinking this is the key...had about 1200 calories. I am just sick of salad tho....oh well, gotta break that 222 point!
