I’m a little surprised given that yesterday was my birthday and I hate terrible for me sweets. We’ll see if there’s a bounce back this weekend. My calories were still low but I ate crap food. I guess it just goes to show that at the end of the day calories in - calories out = weight loss or gain is king.
